My girlfriend and I recently visited Ocean Blue, one of our favorite places to relax and dine on the weekend. We both ordered burgers. Mine came out perfect, as always! My girlfriend did specify she wanted hers cooked well done, but unfortunately two times it had to be sent back as it came out pink, and not cooked to her liking. The staff at Ocean Blue was fantastic as they made sure her burger was cooked properly and was nice enough to take it off the bill. Furthermore, they also offered us a complimentary dessert! I was VERY impressed at the high level of customer service that the staff at Ocean Blue demonstrated! We could both tell they value their customer experience, and we appreciated it! Although our situation was not a big deal to be made of, their team made sure we left happy, and for that, we will both be back! Thank you again!!

This was our first time in Utica & another restaurant recommended we eat here. We were so glad they did. The atmosphere is amazing. The restaurant aesthetic is beautiful & we were fortunate the weather was good enough for us to sit on the patio. The food was wonderful. Our server, Alana, was a delight. We look forward to eating here again on our return visits.
Simply phenomenal! The crab cakes and steak were cooked to perfection. The famous butter cake was absolutely delicious. 5 out of 5 stars given. I highly recommend Ocean Blue.

I had the best shrimp scampi I've ever had. Everything was plated beautifully. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. The restaurant was absolutely gorgeous. My only complaint is that our Margaritas could have definitely been stronger. Other than that everything was perfect.
Ocean Blue Restaurant is phenomenal! From the decor, the attentive staff and the amazing food. We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch and cocktails. We are looking forward to returning to try their dinner menu. If you are able to I would highly suggest sitting on the rooftop deck during the evening (sunset) the view is gorgeous!
We joined the extended family for a special event in a private room. The food was good but not remarkable. The service was excellent, and the setting was comfortable. I look forward to a regular dining experience to test the kitchen properly.
